STEP 4 Email your list

If you’ve ever gone to a movie based on a friend’s comments, or asked another business owner for the name of a good accountant, you understand the power of a personal recommendation. We pay attention to recommendations made by those we respect and trust. Obviously, if people have shared their email addresses with you and joined your list, they have felt this way about you and your company.

Here’s another great tip for promoting GetResponse if you already have an opt-in list. Just like the other tips, it’s quick, easy, and effective! All you have to do is send an email to your list with your recommendation of the GetResponse email marketing service. Nothing formal, just your thoughts about how easy it is to use GetResponse and an example or two of the results you achieved.

To make it even easier, when you visit the Tools section, you’ll see we have provided some templates for you to use. All you need to do is choose one, customize it to reflect your own personality and experience and send it out to your list!

Here’s how simple it is:

  • Log into your GetResponse account and Select ‘Tools’
  • Click on ‘Email Ads’
  • Select the Email Ad you prefer and copy the text
  • Paste the text into your email client or subscriber list and send

Hint: Always send yourself an email before mailing to your list, so you can test your affiliate link and make sure your email looks the way you want it to.

More good news. You’re not limited to one list. You’re welcome to customize and send this letter as often as you’d like.

Remember, if you have any questions about promoting GetResponse, help is only a click away in your GetResponse Affiliate Center.
